MORTGAGE & PRE-APPROVAL
To help with the process, An appointment with your financial institution to determine your budget for your new home is very helpful. It guides us into the process of step #3.

PLANNING
WITHIN BUDGET
Custom doesn’t always mean expensive!! Summerview Homes can design / customize your home from entry level to high end finishes. With your ideas and budget in mind we make it our priority to help you find the style of home that will suit and fit your needs. Once we have your ideas and style of home we are able to then provide you with a quote detailing all specifications.
FOUR I
CONSTRUCTION
& AGREEMENT
Once we have gone through in detail all aspects of your home, we are than able to provide you with a building contract.

MEET OUR
SUPPLIERS
We are here to help you through the selection process as you meet our wonderful suppliers. They carry variety of amazing items that will fit your ideal vision. Whether its interior or exterior selections we are here to help put it all together.
SIX I
BEGIN BUILDING
Once we have the plans all finalized and we have retained the building permits from the city or municipality, we can then plan to start construction!! We at Summerview homes like to keep you up to date with what is going on and keep you involved in the process of building your home!
